This letter expresses an interest in providing structured loans for large-scale procurement and infrastructure project development for the Cross Rivers State Government in key economic sectors that will enhance the State’s Internally Generated Revenue (IGR) and create job opportunities for both skilled and unskilled youth through significant infrastructural development.
